That Insta Algorithm

I see a lot of posts recently, as well as read messages, about the algorithm, that treats us artists poorly here.

Like all of you, I have noticed movements, view or like’s cycle on my account that sometimes defy the common sense of mathematics and logic. I see some that are stopping to produce certain types of content as the input/ output effort, biased by the algorithm, results in demotivation. Some are here to make a living out of it, some to showcase and others to spotlight a hobby or work that would otherwise lay around in a corner.

So, the result is different for all. For me, it’s sharing what has always been laying on a desk corner and enjoying the ride with you all. Whatever the algorithm.

Just don’t stop.

Trends come and go, but quality stays and grows no matter what.
